Dude.. there's some weird letter F on the taskbar.. it's not an icon.. it's just there. Any ideas how to get off of it?

Nevermind the first message. I just moved the taskbar icons to the right and now everything looks like your desktop.

There's one problem, though. Every icon(Finder, File, Edit, View, Go, Window, Help) on taskbar is innactive. How do I get them active.. or better.. how do I replace those icons with some that I want for myself? I wanted to use these: [link] but they're Mac only..
